The Role

Working closely with the sales team, you’ll translate cutting-edge features into sales-winning messaging that resonates with our target audience. With a solid understanding of the engineering side of things, you’ll bridge the gap between what’s technically feasible and what sparks customer interest.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering to gain a deep understanding of the crypto payment gateway’s features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
  • Translate technical functionalities into clear, concise, and sales-oriented marketing materials.
  • Develop sales enablement programs that equip our sales team with the product knowledge, competitive insights, and value propositions needed to close deals.
  • Partner with the sales team to craft persuasive sales presentations and messaging targeted at specific customer segments.
  • Create and manage sales support resources, including FAQs, case studies, and educational material.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and messaging refinement.
  • Create new products according to market trends and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the crypto payments landscape.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B, fintech or crypto space.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to translate features into persuasive selling points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience in creating compelling sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Understanding of the blockchain technology, crypto payment systems and traditional payment means.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and comfortable working with data.
  • A technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into actionable sales tools.
  • A collaborative and relationship-building approach.
  • A passion for driving sales and a hunger to see our crypto payment gateway become the go-to solution.
