The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Manage external vendors and partners (agencies, designers, copywriters) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall brand positioning and corporate objectives.
- Content Marketing & Communications:
- Develop and oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences across various stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Oversee the management of the company’s website and social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising, to optimize online visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and regular reporting.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure digital assets are updated and aligned with product launches and enhancements.
- Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:
- Implement lead generation strategies, including paid media, webinars, and email campaigns, to fill the sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to support the sales team in customer acquisition.
- Align with sales teams on target accounts and verticals, using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies where appropriate.
- Brand & Market Positioning:
- Contribute to the overall brand development, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and market strategy.
- Assist in managing public relations efforts and partnerships with industry influencers, events, and media outlets.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to refine future strategies.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement, optimizing marketing spend and activities to maximize ROI.
- Team Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from awareness to purchase.
- Support broader marketing team efforts by managing projects and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for customer engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and optimizing for growth.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- A proven track record of success in launching and scaling new products or services within the FinTech or blockchain space.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and their impact on marketing activities.
