The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s revolutionising the way we think about finance. Your work will directly impact millions of people. Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users.
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Document technical procedures and solutions.
- Support network maintenance and monitoring.
- Help with data backup and recovery operations.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
- Handle general administrative duties within the IT department.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related technological field.
- Strong interest in the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
