The Role

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s revolutionising the way we think about finance. Your work will directly impact millions of people. Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Document technical procedures and solutions.
• Support network maintenance and monitoring.
• Help with data backup and recovery operations.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
• Handle general administrative duties within the IT department.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related technological field.
• Strong interest in the fintech industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
