Responsibilities

  • Execute manual fiat payouts using banking systems and track them until completion.
  • Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, resolving payment discrepancies and coordinating with bank partners for successful beneficiary settlements
  • Ensure merchant balances are reviewed, reconciled, and credited with precision and speed.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations across internal software, bank platforms, and blockchain data for accuracy.
  • Manage merchant operational inquiries, including investigating failed payments and providing status updates.
  • Support OTC operations through trade support, settlement tracking, and liaising with liquidity partners.
  • Manage month-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations and the preparation of financial schedules.
  • Monitor daily liquidity across all accounts and providers to maintain optimal operational balances.
  • Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve merchant transaction issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives, such as process optimization and system upgrades.
  • Handle additional strategic projects and tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in treasury, accounting, or payment operations; ambitious fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to process high-volume transactions correctly.
  • A growth-oriented mindset that thrives in a scaling startup environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving workplace.
  • Proactive communication style and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Highly proficient in advanced Excel functions.
