About the role
You will design the products our merchants use every day: the merchant dashboard, the payment page their customers pay on, and internal operations tools. You will work closely with product and engineering, from early ideas to shipped screens.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end flows for the merchant dashboard, including accounts, payments, payouts and reporting.
- Design payment experiences for stablecoin and crypto payers on desktop and mobile.
- Design internal tools such as data tables, review queues and approval flows.
- Create a component library and design guidelines in Figma that engineers can build from.
- Prototype and test ideas with merchants and internal users.
- Write clear interface copy for statuses, errors and edge cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product design, with B2B SaaS, fintech or payments work in your portfolio.
- Experience with data-heavy interfaces and multi-step flows.
- Responsive and mobile design experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.
- Clear written English.
- Fluency in Figma.
- Proficient in AI aided workflow.
Nice to have
- Experience with crypto wallets, checkout or on/off-ramp flows.
- Experience building a component library or design system.
